Is the Infinibox dishwasher safe?

Yes. The entire Infinibox is dishwasher safe. You may want to place your Infinibox lid in your dishwasher's top rack to avoid excessive heat during the drying cycle which may damage/reduce the life of your Infinibox film cartridge.

03

What produce can I use with the Infinibox?

Any produce can be used with the Infinibox. This means you can get more out of your fruits, vegetables and even fresh cut flowers. Cut fruits and vegetables can also be used with the Infinibox.

TIP: cut produce can degrade up to 3x faster than non-cut produce, so expect reduced shelf life extension times.

04

I see moisture inside my Infinibox. Is this normal?

Yes. This means your Infinibox is airtight and working properly.

TIP: while some produce require moisture during storage, others can be softened by excessive moisture. While your Infinibox will always extend the life of your produce, please try to avoid storing produce which requires moisture with those that do not. You can visit your local market to determine if the produce you're storing requires moisture. Notice where your produce is stored in the market. If it is stored on a refrigerated display stand and is sprayed with water frequently, your produce requires moisture. If your produce is stored on a dry non-refrigerated display, excessive moisture will soften the produce.

05

Can I store different produce in the same Infinibox?

Yes. You can store mixed produce in the same Infinibox.

TIP: When storing mixed produce in the Infinibox, try to store like items, especially when concerning moisture properties in question 6 above. IE, you may see best results when storing vegetables with other vegetables and fruit with other fruit. It is also not recommended to store cut vegetables with strong oders, such as cut onions, with other vegetables as the odor may affect the taste of the other vegetables.

06

How much produce should I put in my Infinibox?

As much as you can fit.

TIP: You will see the best results when you keep your Infinibox full. So buy more fruits and vegetables, they're good for you! While the Infinibox will still work when storing minimal amounts of produce, the more produce you have the more the atmosphere can be modified within the container. This allows Oxygen and CO2 levels to optimize; extending your produce's life further.
